Our Psychologists Therapeutic Approach

At Limitless Psychology, we have trained psychologists in multiple therapies. The therapies described on this page are the approaches we find to be the most helpful (but often, there is overlap between therapies).

Remember – good therapists have good technical skills which allow them to tailor their approach to best suit a client’s individual needs. Still, they also have exceptional interpersonal skills that will enable them to work with you within the moment-to-moment processes that unfold during each session.
