About Limtless Psychology

Limitless Psychology is a small business that exists to meet the needs of its clients and create a greater sense of community on the Central Coast of NSW.

Limitless Psychology will work with all people, regardless of gender, religion, cultural beliefs and background, sexual preference, and disability. We work with individuals, couples, and families. Our clients are generally over the age of 16, however, we will work with younger clients depending on their circumstances – please contact us directly to discuss whether we might be the right service for you.

It is important that you feel comfortable with your therapist. If you’d like to arrange a free 15-minute phone call with our psychologist prior to booking your first appointment please let us know when you contact us and we will arrange this at a mutually convenient time.

Robert Karandrews

Robert Karandrews is a Registered Psychologist with experience working with persons dealing with addictions, and within the community mental health sector. Robert works in a non-judgemental and understanding way. Robert has more recently been working with families and parents of teenagers with setting boundaries and building connections.

Robert is passionate about meeting clients where they are at, both emotionally and mentally, helping build upon the therapeutic relationship and bringing about growth in the client’s direction.

Robert uses a range of modalities depending upon the goals identified by the client in the session, including  Eye Movement Desensitisation Reprocessing (EMDR) Therapy, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Solution Focussed Therapy (SFT), Attachment-Based Family Therapy (ABFT), Motivational Interviewing (MI) and Family Systems Therapy (FST).

Belinda Hodges

Belinda Hodges is an Accredited Mental Health Social Worker known for her compassionate and client-centred approach. With a strong background in both the public and private health sectors, Belinda brings a wealth of experience and a gentle, supportive presence to her work with individuals across the lifespan—from children and adolescents to adults and older people.

Belinda is deeply committed to creating a safe, respectful, and nurturing space where clients feel truly heard and valued. Her therapeutic style is warm, empathetic, and grounded in genuine care, allowing her to build strong, trusting relationships that foster healing and growth.

Drawing on a broad range of evidence-based modalities—including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Schema Therapy—Belinda tailors her approach to meet each person’s unique needs and goals. Her practice is rooted in the belief that everyone has the capacity for resilience, and she walks alongside her clients with kindness and encouragement as they navigate life’s challenges.
